Fill out the form below to order your cardstock paper graduation announcements.  Refer to the fonts and graphics above in helping to fill out the form.  All fields must be filled in except for the text lines.  Please replace the text with you own words or use some of the sample text that is already there.  NOTE:  If you are ordering the folded style card you will need to either call us to let us know what you want on the outside and inside of your card or leave a detailed note in the notes box.  Please allow two weeks for us to complete your order.  If you choose to have the order shipped to you, we will send you a bill to be paid before the order is mailed.  If you have any questions you may call us at (563) 633-5604, or email us at: staff@blakerphoto.com
